Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, September 21 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to visit with your child teacher and get some early insight into how they are performing in class as well as address any concerns or questions you may have.
Rule 10 of the Department of Regulations requires that schools have an external visitation to evaluate how the district is addressing growth in school improvement. Our five-year review will be conducted in April 2023. One way you, as parents, can assist in the external review is by completing a short survey about the school district. We conducted a similar survey two years ago when the district developed a strategic plan. The survey is anonymous and will assist the district in determining how we are meeting the needs of your son/daughter.
Each family is asked to complete one survey. A link to the survey will be on the school website. Each family will receive an eight-digit code that will allow them to complete the survey. The code to the survey will be attached to progress reports that will be distributed at parent-teacher conferences. If you are unable to attend conferences, the code will be mailed home to you.
We appreciate your honest feedback as this will allow us to measure and grow as a district. Results of the survey will be shared during the November school board meeting.
